MATT ROBINSON

Matt Robinson comes from a family with a strong nautical tradition, having been exposed to the sea from a very young age. He started sailing at the age of 4 and was already an instructor by the age of 16, having sailed approximately 20,000 nautical miles and being the youngest participant in the Fastnet Race.

In the late 1990s he settled in Greece as a sailing instructor and then worked as a skipper and engineer for Minotaur Charters. He followed a professional career in Australia as skipper and engineer on a 70-foot Swan, as well as an instructor.

With almost 30 years of experience in the field of boat maintenance and more than 250,000 nautical miles on 4 continents, he has extensive expertise in rigging, hull preparation, electrical systems, engines (outboard and inboard), as well as polishing and overall boat preparation.

RICHARD HALES

For Richard Hales, seafaring was not just a career choice, but a way of life. Raised in a maritime environment, he began his career at a young age alongside his father, acquiring practical knowledge and a deep respect for the sea from an early age.

His professional career covers a wide range of activities in the shipping and hospitality sector. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, he has a strong customer-centric orientation, which he combines with technical training in the marine services sector. He has worked in PBI operations, high-performance speedboat charters, flotilla, technical management, brokerage and marina management.

He then evolved into the field of mechanical support and boat management, taking on the position of skipper for five years in one of the leading flotilla companies in the Ionian Sea, gaining a reputation for reliability and high levels of service.

At the same time, it has significant experience in winter maintenance programs, having collaborated with companies such as Neilsen and Nissos, specializing in preventive maintenance and immediate response to technical failures.
